What kind of clients does Tasin Labs work with?
Founders launching a first SaaS product, small and mid-sized businesses replacing manual processes with software, and established teams that need extra engineering capacity or dependable IT support.
Can you take over a project someone else started?
Yes. We begin with a paid technical review of the existing code, infrastructure and accounts, then give you an honest assessment of whether to continue the current build, refactor it, or start again — along with the cost of each path.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope, and we will not quote a number before we understand it. After a discovery call we send a written proposal with phased pricing, so you can approve one phase at a time instead of signing off a single large figure.
How long does it take to build an MVP?
A focused first version typically ships in weeks rather than months, because we cut scope to the smallest thing real users can use. The exact timeline comes out of the discovery phase, and we plan in phases so you see working software early.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. Every project includes a post-launch support window, and most clients continue on a support retainer covering monitoring, updates, security patches and helpdesk for their team.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do. Repositories, cloud accounts, domains and data are created in your name or transferred to you, and everything is documented at handover. There is no lock-in that forces you to keep working with us.
Do you work with clients in other time zones?
Yes. We work remotely with clients across time zones, with a written weekly update, an agreed overlap window for live calls, and a shared channel for day-to-day questions.
